Printing Issues

Trouble Printing Within iCARE

If you are able to print other documents outside of iCARE, then it is likely your PDF Viewer program (e.g. Acrobat Reader). iCARE commonly opens documents that need printing in PDF format for the convenience of saving, printing, or emailing the document.

Error Messages

iCARE has encountered an error while starting up. Please ensure that your computers are communicating with your network.


The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.


iCARE.exe is not a valid Win32 application.


Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server.
